Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Coordinate discovery administration for complex bodily injury litigation by managing document production activities, facilitating communication with counsel and vendors, and ensuring compliance with litigation deadlines and procedural requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end discovery workflows for assigned claims.
  • Coordinate document collection efforts across multiple business units.
  • Monitor discovery schedules, production deadlines, and court requirements.
  • Review discovery packages for completeness prior to submission to counsel.
  • Coordinate retrieval of records from medical providers, experts, investigators, and third-party vendors.
  • Maintain production inventories and discovery tracking reports.
  • Support responses to subpoenas and records requests.
  • Monitor litigation expenses associated with discovery activities.
  • Serve as a primary administrative contact for outside counsel on discovery matters.
  • Identify process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 3+ years' supporting litigation and/or discovery management and/or insurance claims administration required.
  • Knowledge of transportation industry required.
  • Must possess good understanding of legal terminology.
  • Must be able to research and investigate as needed.
  • Must possess a high level of professionalism.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines.
  • Must posses exceptional typing skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task and solve problems.
  • Must be able to work well with others and interact with various members of the company and outside counsel.
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.


Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.46 Hourly
